Years ago i was misdiagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction and given a steroid nasal spray. It only worsened my symptoms, which i couldn’t understand until i was diagnosed with VM. I wanted to share this warning because it’s not widely known and i’ve seen people taking decongestants when they have MAV but it could be adding to your symptoms. There has been a study showing steroid nasal sprays can trigger or worsen migraines.
