Distract yourself: distraction is the route to success!

Find yourself over worried or thinking too much about your symptoms? Go find distraction!!!

Either:

  • Go do your favourite hobby
  • Engross yourself in a lovely story/videogame/film (assuming you are having a good ‘eye’ day).
  • Go hang out with one/some of your most interesting friends.

In any case: Do something meaningful!
