Dizzy after eating

Does anyone feel like they get slightly dizzy after eating anything?

No matter what i am eating i feel like my mav slightly flares up after

Have you had any allergy testing done? x

I used to have that problem a lot. I’ve made some changes in the way I eat and it has helped. For example, I use a straw to limit the up and down movement of my head when I take a sip. I almost never sit at a table but instead hold my plate closer to my chin so again I’m not having to look up and down. And I cut large sandwiches down to manageable sizes so I don’t have to open my mouth so wide. By no means does this get rid of the dizzies, but it has helped when eating. Hope you find something that works for you, too.

there was a lady on here a couple years ago who had this problem. she ended up having some food allergies so she eliminated those foods, but she also tested positive i believe for gluten intolerance. so she cut out those foods and gluten and felt so much better even without a preventative med- might be something to investigate.

I suffer with reactive hypoglycemia and sometimes get dizzy after a meal high in carbs. It might be worth checking to see if you have a blood sugar problem.
