Every full on Vestibular attack I have had, to date, started upon waking in the morning. Some would actually same me. The others started immediately I opened my eyes.

Honestly, I have no idea. He said it was for “liver fire” I think. Liver in tcm isn’t actually your liver though. I wish I knew more about it! I finished the pills or i would check the bottle. It does work without the pills, but I think maybe the pills helped start it? I’m not sure. I really hate the continual guessing game we all have to play. I do know my stress makes it so much worse and when I release my stress physically, my dizziness is better if not gone. The headaches can still be there though.

That’s exact same thing happening to me. Just started about 2 weeks ago. Did you go to the doctor for it . And if so. What did they say
