Do occasionally indulge!

Don’t over obsess about the diet. Don’t cut yourself off from social situations.

It’s ok to occasionally be a bit naughty and eat, drink what you want and hang out late with friends.

You have to enjoy life still and have a bit of what you fancy. Otherwise you will go crazy!

Finding the right medication will be particularly helpful getting back to normality like this.

Thats my thoughts exactly James…in fact thats the only time i feel " normal"

Exactly Jo! I’ve written before how I’ve had nights out and completely forgotten my symptoms for hours on end. Hard to believe initially, but it can be done!

It is absolutely 100% true…ive done it myself. Even my family and friends notice im like a different person when im not " dwelling" on this crap we put up with day in day out

A little of what you fancy ALWAYS does you good …It’s overdoing the indulgence that causes trouble…so easy to cross that line on occasions!!
