I am currently seeking some serious help on identifying which specialised doctor should I visit or go near for my wife’s Dizziness / Imbalance problem suffering since Aug-2025 to till date.
She is very much frustrated now (including me) going through all kind of doctors. First ORTHOPAEDIC, NEUROLOGIST, PHYSIOTHERAPIST, & now CHIROPRACTOR. Performed lot of tests including/
VNG [Impressions were BPPV posterior Right Semicircular Canal downbeating (PSCC), Vestibular Migrane].
MRI Brain (Normal) and Cervical Spine (Impressions were : Circumferential posterior disc bulge with small right foraminal protrusion and peridiscal osteophytes at C4-C5 level indenting the anterior thecal sac, abutting ventral surface of cord, mildly encroaching on right neural foramina and abutting right exiting c 5 nerve root.
Circumferential posterior disc bulge with right foraminal protrusion and peridiscal osteophytes at C5-C6 level indenting the the al sac, abutting ventral surface of cord, encroaching on right neural foramina indenting right exiting C6 nerve root.
Circumferential posterior disc bulges with peridiscal osteophytes seen at C3-C4 and C6-C7 levels indenting the anterior thecal sac without significant neural foraminal narrowing or nerve root compression
Changes of cervical spondylosis.
Mild straightening of the cervical spine, likely to be due to paraspinalmuscle spasm.)
Even after all this tests and doctors performing different exercises along with Brand off.The effect of my wife’s condition has become more worse.
Not sure if we should go near NeuroOntologist or Ontoneurologist specialised doctors.
Can anyone here recommend me who has gone through this problem or suggest to consult which doctor.
Currently we both are completely clueless and frustrated as well. We both cannot focus in our daily activities and affecting hugely to our lives.
Would highly appreciate to get some replies.
