When my noise sensitivity was at the worse, like you i couldnt stand the noise of dishes banging, staplers at work and etc. i was using ear drops prior to meeting my very last visit to the ent doc since the ER doc thought i had swimmers ear. When i met up witht the ent doc, she drained all that crap and ear wax out and it didnt cause any vertigo. However, noise sensitivity got little bit worse because everything was flushed out and you can hear better.
