I am slowley figuring out the same thing. Had Pizza and the next day BAM. Massive Vertigo. The toughest is obviously MSG as it is well disguised within food. I have a list of secret MSG names i will look for.

I’m pretty sure that my doc okayed melons, tomato, and garlic. I haven’t noticed problems with them. This said, garlic can get old quickly, and many tomato products include citric acid, not to mention onion &c.

Much of the rest of the list looks familiar. I didn’t notice malt, though, or olives, eggplant, figs, dates, apricots . . . buncha good stuff I stopped eating on his advice.
