Gear VR apps to help with motion sickness?

It was the only thing the migraine specialist prescribed for me apart from an increase in Med dose!

Well itā€™s surprisingly good advice. Definitely helps symptoms and anxiety.

Sounds to me like youā€™re beginning to get yr head around this daft condition. I know. It does taking some doing. It/s so different from other conditions. Whole new ball game!

You can push VRT into the mid distance maybe by trying exercise, a Migraine Diet, look at lifestyle changes - like sleep regime (yeah, believe it), and, importantly, triggers. Computer screens BIG TRIGGER. Too much time on computer causing the afternoon

MAV donā€™t do ā€˜randomā€™, thereā€™s a reason. Could be problem finding it but itā€™s out there, somewhere. Learn to know ā€˜your enemyā€™. Read and understand MAV. Thatā€™ll help. If computer screens overuse involved, and you wonā€™t love me for saying this, cut back could be way forward. No doubt youā€™re more computer geek than I am but look at computer glasses, colour/brightness of screens, refresh rates, location etc, etc. Itā€™s all worth investigation. Be your own advocate and take control. Proactive mives required to shift MAV. It doesnā€™t seem to just go away on its own unfortunately. Needs the proverberial boot!

Oh, and you might find the VRT. If it comes down to that easier with meds. Helen

thanks for the advice. It is definitely in my best interests to start exercising. I have a pretty sever lack of motivation at the moment. And yes I do spend a lot of time on the computer. IT is where I want to make my career. I have qualifications but no experience so itā€™s hard to get a job. Iā€™ve got to motivate myself! Itā€™s hard but iā€™ve lost weight before and I know I can do it again!

Hi

Certainly is. Itā€™s cheap, and no side effects. Get to it. Iā€™d offer to come round and put the boot in to get you outside but bit of a long way from UK. The computer will still be there when you get back remember. Good luck,
