Hi shenay
Dr’s diets are all slightly different. The majority of the uk mavers do dr s diet and i think others do dr buchholz diet.
Some dr’s dont even believe in the diet. I personally stick to dr s diet 90% of the time
Cheers I have pretty much for nearly 2 years but have stayed away from all cheese until tonight I had goats cheese x

Hi Shenay, was this ok for you?
To be honest I’m not sure because I was having a few symptoms before I think so. X
What I was told is that it’s not which udders produce the milk, but how long it’s aged afterwards. (I’ll skip the “whey/no whey” bit.)
I’ve had no problem with goat’s milk cheese, but it’s a fresh cheese.
I bought some greek feta made of goats milk. Is that ok?
anyone? its called “greek goat cheese” and the ingredients is pasteurised goats milk and some vegetable enzyme.
I think that goats cheese is fine as long as its 100 % goat x
