At work and vertigo bad… :frowning:

Have not had this for at least a few weeks and today come back like a vengeance…feel sick and just head feels light headed and like falling over…DON’T LOOK DOWN…only 1hr to go before I can go home to bed and sleep off…anyone know any fixes at work to make it GO AWAY :frowning:

Drink some water, eat something… try and turn down the contrast on your computer and breathe deep slow breathes!
