Does anyone have shoulder pains hand numbness at random? The pain I experience is sharp/lighting for a few secs.
Yes, though my electric tingles tend to then settle in as general numbness in my hands, arms, tongue and face. I think the upper back and shoulder pain are associated with the neck issues - both the coat hanger migraine and the arthritis I have from 4 car accidents. Both sets of symptoms are pretty common in migraine.
