Has anyone gotten better WITHOUT medication?

That is a mileage varies subject. I think that’s part of one of our wiki polls (right James? @turnitaround).

Magnesium, coenzyme Q10, electrolytes, butterbur and several others are common. Effectiveness and doses vary. I go in and out of taking supplements. I personally like two products - Petadolex and Dolovent, plus a B complex, Vitamin D and some joint support supplements are my current roster.
