Having an attack? Don't Panic!

Don’t panic when you have an attack. Don’t get anxious or depressed it’s happening again.

It will pass and it won’t hurt you Think of it as a super annoying, distracting sensation. You’ll be right as rain again in a few days and will have forgotten it!

I usually found I’d have an attack ‘hangover’ for up to two weeks, but then it was back to improving again. Don’t worry! :dove:
