Did anyone know that hiccups have been reported to be part of a migraine aura?!

I have always wondered why I seem to randomly hiccup one hiccup and never more, about once an hour at least.

For the last week I’ve been at it, singularly hiccupping once every 30 mins, really loudly, now it kinda makes sense in the context of chronic migraine and a shitty week!! This thing gets weirder and weirder!!!

No but i get yawning which is supposed to be an early warning signs (premonitory) of a migraine attack

Yes I get phases of the yawning too x

I didn’t know that! My beyonce gets them frequently for no reason and gets tons of migraines, the usual garden variety migraine.

She is but it’s not chronic, no dizziness and they last one day. Usually with periods. She gets neck pain and back ache. Next day it’s gone.
