I want to tell you how I managed to overcome dizziness

(although I still haven’t solved the problem of working with gadgets).

The medication Fezam (piracetam + cinnarizine) helped me.

I stopped swimming in pools because I felt that it increases the pressure inside the inner ear and negatively affects the vestibular system. I also stopped running on bike paths because it caused my balance to become unstable very quickly.

When taking a shower, I stopped putting my finger inside my ear, as the pressure also made my condition worse.

I completely stopped eating spicy and salty foods, and also gave up coffee and carbonated drinks.

I stopped listening to loud music in headphones.

Morning showers also negatively affect my condition.

For now, this is everything I’ve noticed.

Always consult a doctor before taking any medications!

You should never put your finger in your ear.

Yes, me too, noswimming in pools. Yes why is the shower such a pain in the ass? Put a filter on my shower head so that at least when I do have to take one it’s getting out all the gross stuff out of the water. This seems to have helped some.

What country are you in? I haven’t heard of Fezam
