Hi guys been wearing a ear plug in effected ear and it helps quieten tinitus but also noticed that once taken out the ear feels cool and cold and clear if that makes sense.
And it feels alive again lol. You may want to try it

I actually don’t mind tinitus. It’s just the vertigo or dizzy things that I can’t hack as it majorly effects my life.
Ps I’m swaying slightly back and forth as I write this but actually sitting still ! Oh well onwards and upwards
