I'm pretty sure gelatin is a MAV trigger-Hidden MSG sources (see below)

I had a gelatin capsule that was pretty big containing curcumin (a derivative of turmeric that is supposed to be good for you!) two nights in a row and ended up with the WORST migraine I’ve had in a long time. I was able to push the migraine back down w/ both gabapentin and nortrtipyline plus advil but I still have a tiny bit of jaw and eye pain. Anyway. I recommend looking at the link above to see what sources hide MSG because it’s very tricky and hidden in many “natural flavorings” and other processed things. I’ll be more careful I guess… xx
