I have been dealing with inner ear pressure for quite some time.
The ENTs have said that it is common, but I have no fluid build up.
It feels like being under water.
Has anyone else experienced this and hopefully someone can help me with ideas to relieve the pressure.
It very much creates balance issues.

I was misdiagnosed with eustachian tube disorder because of feeling ear pressure but it’s actually a common symptom of vestibular migraine. You’ve already said there’s no fluid in your ears so it seems that you’ve ruled out etd. I never found relief specifically for that symptom other than treating the migraine itself. Whatever medication or treatment works best for you should eventually ease the pressure along with your other symptoms.
Thank you for your help.
