This surgery has been tried in Australia too. A couple of years ago our 60 Minutes program did a story about the wife of an Australian Olympic swimmer. She had daily, debilitating migraine headaches that left her bed bound and was pretty much completely ‘cured’ with this surgery. I don’t know how or if this sort of surgery would help with MAV. Personally, I very rarely get headaches - sometimes bad eye and face ache, but it’s transient and bearable. I wouldn’t mind a brain transplant though :lol:
