Ive been cutting out most migrainetriggers to see if it helps. Some things are blatantly making things (much) worse for me like all ice-cream including vanilla, any chocolate including white chocolate, a lot of food (not sure which exactly as I havent tried adding back things yet). I basically eat fresh meat, any vegetable thats not considered a trigger, brown rice and organic rice cookies (pure brown rice and a little salt) at this point. Ive been putting butter on the rice cookies however. Is butter a potential trigger?

it depends on whose diet you follow.
The majority of the uk sufferers follow DR S’s diet which doesn’t allow any dairy
The heal your headache diet allows butter
Maybe don’t have butter for a few weeks and see if you improve
I cut butter out for the first year now have a little on toast it doesn’t seem to be for me but when I didn’t eat it I ate vitalite made with sunflower so no dairy or you can eat goats butter x
Dairy is a trigger for me personally, and I’ve heard a few others mention it - so it’s definitely not unheard of.
okay thanks. So Goat cheese is ok? What type is ok then? All goat cheese?
My Dr said goats cheese is ok not sure what other Dr say they differ you can have anything from a goat. X
ok guess ill try some goat cheese tomorrow then. 
Depends if you use proper butter or buttery spread, the spreads can contain MSG and preservatives, check the ingredients
