Recently my left eyelid has been twitching like crazy non stop for the past week. i cud b doin anything like sitting on my comp, eating, playing with my son, walking etc and the twitches just come out of no where and seem to be getting more and more daily. i try and ignore it but i was wondering if anyone else has had this irritable symptom and do u think its part of migraine?
Yes I think it can be part of migraine. Dr Silver calls it myokymia in the letter he did for my GP.
I get phases of it for a week or so then it goes away again x
I get it off and on…I heard calcium helps, and took it the last time I had it…it may have helped. Lack of sleep, too much caffeine and stress are indicated.

I get it too - always the left eye. I’ve had it under my right eye now for almost a year. All of my doctors make note of it, none of them really has an answer for it.
Yup, I suffer with it also and get it in the left side of my face, around my nose and mouth. Also heard it’s a feature of migraine. Mine goes worse when I have a worse migraine.

No mine came with the chronic migraine. It’s really weird. It does settle down I don’t have face twitching all the time but when I have a bad migraine and sometimes for no reason it starts again. I never get it in the right side of my face only on the left. It’s another weird migrainey thing.
My migraine all started with the twitching eyelid - constantly for about 4 months! it then calmed down and sometimes comes back for a month or so - very annoying! I’d be interested to see if this is part of migraine Nabeel! In a way i’m overjoyed to hear you have this too! xx
