I was recently prescribed Lorazepam 0.5 mg 3x a day. After I wake up from my nap that I makes me take, it helps reduce the dizziness but only for a short period of time. After a few hours I’m back to the baseline for the flare-up. Do I need a higher dose or a different benzo? At the moment I don’t have insurance. An urgent care doc was kind enough to prescribe these for me. Any thoughts?
Dr Silver writes that any drug which makes a MAVer sedated is not going to help. Benzos are totally out of favour here in the UK due to highly addictive nature. If you Search this site though you will find lots of archive references. Might be worth a trawl if you haven’t already. Could well be some clues hidden in there.
