Memory problems, brain fog, sharpness decline?

Stay active. Play sports. Visit all places that makes you uncomfortable malls and restaurants. If you are into dancing do that, all this rehabilitates your vestibular system.

Yes the meds help with brain fog. As for dizziness it does to a certain extent in my experience but does not completely eliminate it. But there are other who have felt close to 95% on meds.

Is yours episodic or constant ?

Thank you so much for support, I just wanna cry right now. I feel very limited, I am a blogger, anf I havent been able to write or really work creatively on my business. On top of that still struggle with bulimia. Sorry for venting, its just been hard.
The vertigo has been better better, Im not rocking any more. But fell as Im buzzed, spinny. Today for example all day. It gets worse when I try to work on my PC.

Thanks so much again, whats ur story? Are you recovered? If reading and working make me uncomfortable, should I do it to train my brain?have you ever heard of any Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy??? Or other research on brain fog and cognitive rehabilitation?

If it helps any, this is the migraine diet I abide by. Some people can notice what triggers them within 10-20 mins without prescription meds. With meds they’re quite delayed or very minimal. I can have fresh breads tho safely. I venture onto that side sometimes to see what triggers me more so. Haven’t had alcohol since August.
Some people are for VRT (vestibular rehabilitation therapy) and some people don’t do well with it.
Currently I’m only on vitamin B2 400 mg daily. People on here tend to do walks for 30 mins a day. I avoid fluorescents cause I know it gives me migraines. In the beginning tv/computers used to set me back (June-July) but I’m able to handle them the whole day unless it’s a lot of focus like prolonged video games then I’ll feel slightly imbalanced when I walk around after. Over time your brain compensates for your environments.

I hope this helps you in some way.

Sorry to hear you are down Liz. Hang in there. Things get better with time(lots of it). Take baby steps go for short walks. give yourself breaks and build up time in front of the computer.

See a Neuro-otologist, these are the specialists for dizziness. Get on a preventative if you feel like you need one. Don’t beat yourself up over this, this will not go away if you are calm or less anxious. It is a problem with the vestibular system and some people just compensate and others take meds to squelch the migraine and then compensate.

Here’s a web page that has the same diet that is in Space_Cadet’s photograph above. It’s from Dr. John Carey of Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology:
