What is a good migrain medication? I just recently started having migraines with auras and vestibular migraines. Most of the medicines that I’ve done research on have side effectrs such as dizziness (which is the main symptom of migraines that I am trying to get rid of). Is there any medications out there for vestibular migraines that do not have many side effects?
