I was tested (rotary chair and others) by Dr. Hain’s office even though I am from out of state. I never even thought to ask nicely if I could come back once a year for a follow-up. Darn it.

Call them. He’ll probably let you come back.
you can just schedule a follow-up with Dr.Hain like a local patient. Though i would get somebody local as the med trials need some back and forth.
