Mobile pulse in the body, especially the lower left foot and its relationship to vertigo dizziness

I noticed when dizziness increases, there is most of the time a pulse under my foot, especially if I have constipation of stomach gases, and I think magnesium potassium, B complex, D deficiency and blood deficiency cause this pulse, so when vitamins and minerals decrease, blood flow to the nerves decreases, and then the body begins to feel dizzy as a result of lack of oxygen due to ischemia.
