yes I get this alot not just my head but my body too, walking around bending over etc, can actually feel the movement in your head when you come back to a normal position until it settles, sounds really odd but sometimes if I have turned a corner or turned round I have to go back the other way to even up, dont know if thats just me but it works, think we are supposed to continue to move around to try and train the brain up to allow us to do these things as normal as we should but for me it gets too much and i would rather sit still.
Resounding yes! Going to a store to look for something is the worst; the side-to-side, up-and-down head turning makes me dizzy every time and I often just stop looking and either ask for help or leave; I then order it online:)!
Yeah i get this. It’s especially bad when my vertigo is at its worse. Like now, since i’ve had the neck injury, it’s been AWFUL. Any little thing in my vision sets me off when i’m like this aswell.
I also find i feel quite faint at times, does anyone else get this?

I know exactly what you mean about feeling the movement from your body in your head! God migraine sucks doesn’t it!

yes migraine certainly does suck!..faint is the one thing I always feel with it and I hate it, in fact have had that sensation for years and years and my doctors always said it was panic attacks, but it just didnt fit, I have had panic attacks before and they were nothing like what the faint sensation feels like, I think I have had MAV for longer than I thought to a mild degree and now the last 6 years it has kicked off big time, however all that said the faint sensation probably turned into panic because of the fear of it all. So now all I do is try to take one day at a time one step at a time…
Yes, today while working in my office I had to turn my head to write something down and it sent me spinning. Or even looking up into the kitchen cabinet.
