Mozarella (bocconcini)

Smelly Cheese. Now Bierkase or limburger, that stuff you can smell 60 km upwind with a cold. If you don’t have a migraine it will give you one, if you have a migraine it will probably kill you. (just kidding) I found that any mild or non-aged cheese is OK for me but I have to be careful about quantity. Mozarella is one of the least offensive triggers for me.

Here’s a site that claims cheddar is safe, ditto pineapple, banana, eggplant etc that has not gotten overripe. No idea what their source is.

The author is CHIA JOO SUAN and a “claimed?” food chemist. She is an author of many natural food books and hails from Malaysia, generally well regarded in health food circles. While I would not completely discount what she say’s I would not give her a lot of authority in reference to MAV or other serious illness. In other words use caution when following her suggestions and advice.
