Does anyone know a good nasal spray for long term use that doesn’t make dizziness worse or helps the head pressure? I was using Flonase but ran out and on search I read it was making some people feel dizzier so I might want to try a new one. Also is taking Claritin daily ok?
I have year round allergies.

Yeah I usually have sinus pressure and lately my ear has a pain in it. My head pressure lately is bad also. I’m usually always on some kind of spray but I wasn’t aware some were better than others
@Lunapalm I use a generic brand that I get at Sam’s that is almost half the price of what the prescribed flonase costs with insurance and you get almost twice as much. My dr. told me to use it every day, so I can’t say if it makes the dizziness worse or better. I was taking it before I got VM & BPPV and haven’t stopped. Nothing helps my ear fullness. I am hoping one day it will just go away. I have severe itching all over if I don’t take a zyrtec (or generic) daily and the dr. told me that was fine, so I would assume the claritin would be ok too. You can google it and see or ask your dr. I have a link to the generic flonase below. So much cheaper and does the same thing.

No chance. I suspect it will go away after the other MAV symptoms to. Bet it’s part of the same loop. Mine is. In fact mine feels the same as my rear head pressure. Just in a different place.

The head pressure is so annoying lately with this relapse. Then yesterday I had another flare up on top of this and noticed mild tinnitus out of nowhere. I haven’t had that since pre medication.
