New drug to treat vertigo in clinical trials

Maybe someone can find more information about this. I saw an article about this drug, Seliforant, posted in one of the Facebook groups.

Good find!

Interesting, but “being investigated for acute unilateral vestibulopathy” …the extent to which that can deal with chronic issues remains to be seen I suppose? Also it says “the symptomatic treatment of vertigo crises” … be nice to have a cure not just treatment of symptoms?

However, it’s great news because this area seems to rarely gets a look-in these days! Won’t knock it, the more options, the better!

Advocated as a cure for SSNHL
