Hi,
I am new here but read most of your posts :slight_smile:
Was diagnosed with vestibular migraine 2 years ago but the last couple of months have been truly horrendous. Migraine is almost costant and if it’s not a headache, it’s dizziness or brain fog or nausea.
GP put me on propranolol but had to stop after 2 weeks as it was giving me bad side effects. Now trying Pitzotifen.

Welcome :hugs: I’m fairly new here too. I’ve really enjoyed reading the success stories on here, really feel you with some hope don’t they. Can if you’ve felt drowsy on pitzotifen?
