Do any of you get pins and needles? My arms and legs are the worst :?
Yes I get them, but I don’t have them all the time. They come in go. It was kind of scary at first, but I’m used to it now. I actually notice the tingles on my legs are worse when I am in the shower. Not sure if it is the way the water hits or not. Do you have them all the time? Love this condition :lol:
My entire body goes pins and needles during my aura, but I don’t have it all the time. How often are you feeling it?

Yep I get it, back, arms & legs, I’m used to it know , another joyous symptom if this junk! I almost feel as though my feet vibrate sometimes how nice! X
I used to get pins and needles when I had panic attacks.
