Recognise your achievements!

When feeling down, consider how far you’ve come. Reflect on how things were and how much better things are now, despite the temporary wobbles!

With treatment, most people improve, so you should find, even if it takes longer than you expect, improvements will come and usually, relapses notwithstanding, they will last.

Baseline will almost always improve over time, you will develop a better and better management protocol and anxiety should recede and hopefully disappear for good!
