It’s so hard to purchase magnesium supplements in our country because there are no wide varieties to Choose from. The ones I checked here contain unsafe ingredients which renders no hope for obtaining proper and helpful magnesium supplements.
I also need to ask if you know of any brands and combinations that go well with magnesium because I’m planning on ordering them online instead. There are so many kinds but not all are safe. If I may ask which kinds have you used and what’s the dosage? I really want to jump start my magnesium supplements because it might relieve some of my dizziness from estinular migraine alongside anxiety and depression.

I take freeda vitamin magnesium on amazon— one I can actually tolerate, very pure and clean. :?
