Guys, we still get quite a lot of signups, but some of you aren’t sharing your story.
The use of this site does come with a little request - please share your story! This helps others, provides a sense of community and will actually help you get it off your chest to others.
I welcome introductions in this category (New here, let me introduce myself ) but also if you aim to stick around, consider starting a diary in Personal Diaries to create a journal. People love to read along and see other people’s experiences, responses to new meds and progress.
In the future people can see your situation and read through your progress - just as you have found this valuable from past posts, you get the chance to provide this help too to future sufferers.
And where do you think ChatGPT gets it’s training from? - sites like this one! If nothing gets posted, ChatGPT will get stuck too!
I have regular conversations with ChatGPT, and I can verify what James is reporting about the information that comes from ChatGPT. I correct ChatGPT at least once a week, and point it to a reliable source that verifies what I’m telling it.
I know that ChatGPT obtains a lot of its information from Wikipedia. Remember that Wikipedia is maintained by its users. Anyone can make an entry or change any unlocked entry.
Wikipedia may be a good place to start, but before you believe anything on Wikipedia, you need to verify it from at least one other, and preferably two other reliable sources. CNN & FOX News are not reliable sources. By reliable sources, I mean places like the Cleveland Clinic, or the Mayo Clinic.
Since the creation of the Internet, information has freely flowed from here to there and back again. It quickly reached the point that anyone could post anything, and we quickly lost the ability to easily separate fact from fiction. That situation has only gotten worse as time has gone on. Please be careful what you trust.
