Hey Primer!
Thanks for checking on me. Nope, I didn’t start the cardio . I know I’m bad. I don’t know what else to say
.
I’ve been taking a Zyrtec before bed every night and my sleep is slightly better, just slightly.
How have you been?

@Fussyfussy!! Well at least you’ve started Zyrtec - that’s a springtime godsend try the cardio. I’m now getting up to 9hrs a night. Migraines aren’t better, plus dizz part of the migraine adapted to the bppv so I have a fun new room spinning element but neuro added verapamil yesterday so we’ll see how that works out. Try the bike! Strangers literally carry me off the subway - if I can ride a recumbent bike every day, so can you!! It really helps with sleep. And it gives you endorphins & energy. It’s like a magical pill you don’t have to take.
I haven’t read thorugh all the previous replies to see if its been mentioned but I found the 4-7-8 method worked for me, see youtube for instructions, its based on yoga breathing and you build up to it. After 3 months I now often have 7 -8 hrs mainly uninterrupted sleep, not always but much better than I have for years. For emergiencies, if I have a stressful day coming up etc I have sleeping pills from the GP but on average I dont need them more than once or twice a month (they are loath to prescribe them anyway for long term use) and now I am doing the 478 I expect eventually to sitch them altogether. Before the 478 I was taking Cherry Active (melatonin) which helped but not as good as the yoga breathing.
