I think all of these supplements are great to add, but I’m surprised he didn’t include magnesium? Unless I missed it in there somewhere? Also, I hear that B2 is good for migraine prevention. I think all the B vitamins are important for brain health in general, with B6 and B12 being essential for serotonin synthesis…seeing as serotonin is so important with migraine, I think it’s good to add.
