Swap Ibuprofen for a Chinese Herb

Sigesbeckia Orientalis anyone? Yep, that’s what I said. Sigesbeckia Orientalis. Doesn’t exactly spring off the tongue easily does it but apparently it has gained a traditional herbal registration from the UK’s Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency for the relief of backache, rheumatic and muscular pains, minor sports injuries and general aches and pains all seemingly without the gastric problems sometimes caused by NSAID drugs. Doesn’t actually mention ‘headaches’ but I thought some might find it of interest. I am not recommending it, haven’t even seen a packet of it. There just happened to be an item about it in a recent newspaper I was using to rest the oven rails on whilst I cleaned them. Thought it would be grand if something good came out of cleaning the oven other than a clean oven that is. Such a boring occupation I always think cleaning ovens. Helen
