I’ve had 3 gent shots but I’m still getting vertigo and my Dr says it could be vestibular migraines instead. Anyone else going crazy over what they can or cannot eat? Any vestibular migraine diet suggestions!? Please and thank you

Do you have MD, is that why the gent shots ? Most have VM along with MD.
You can do the 6c diet. No coffee, chianti, citrus, cheese, choco, chinese. Easy to remember and follow
