I have no idea actually but the one were I am being treated is at Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham Kent and the consultant there, Mr SS Surenthiran sees patients from all over the UK and in Europe as well.

I think there are a lot of East Coasters because Dr. Rauch (Bost, MA) recommends this site to his patients. I just called him on the phone not as his patient and he was the one who pointed me here:-)
