Hello all,
I’ve been on Topamax for a few months with little improvement. My neurotologist wants to put me on Noritriptyline next. The dose will be 10mg for 2 weeks then 20mg. I take 100mg of Zoloft daily for my panic disorder. Has anyone taken these two together? Neither are high doses so I suppose I should be free of serotonin syndrome. Feel free to share stories of getting off topamax too.
