I sure did read it and thought it was great.

To be fair to naturopathy they are at the upper end of the reliable, valid and generally ‘science-y’ end of the alternative spectrum. Willow bark, Valerian, St John’s Wart etc.

P.S I also read (and own) Ben Goldacre’s book “Bad Science”. You want to borrow?

Yeah, that would be great. I still haven’t read that book. Agree that at least herbs have active moleculres happening and some are probably worth a try as long as it doesn’t involve Japanese turf grass enemas. :lol:
