Stress is a major trigger for symptoms and it is important to reduce it wherever and whenever possible.

That’s not always so easily done as said, because symptoms can cause anxiety and this sets up a vicious cycle. In extreme cases, psychotherapy and drug therapy are employed to assist in bringing anxiety under control.

Pursuing activities that reduce stress, like exercise and hobbies is a great plan. Some even find the gym helpful!
